I created Lil Darryl's Bootcamp video as a guide for you to help your children get up and move while having fun. In this video, we take you through a children's bootcamp routine that includes over 18 cardio boxing moves, demonstrated by none other than children themselves! 

I work with my clients to learn the fundamentals of boxing, including proper stance, breathing, stretching, and work into a series of different punches and combinations.

Group Boot Camps feature a custom designed, hour long circular training routine, with  7+ exercises, and burning over 350 calories.  New routines are created each week which I customize based on the participants. 

 

Group boot camps are held every Sunday and will be held outdoors if weather permits.

We often run the Joe Louis staircase, run hills and use a variety of equipment outdoors. 

I work with each client on a one-on-one basis. I start with an evaluation session which allows me to see what fitness level each client is at currently and discuss any problem areas. Once we start training we'll take measurements and work on creating goals and a training program that works for you.
