Cardio boxing includes a full body workout.  It can help you maintain a healthy weight, de-stress, and improve cardiovascular health. We work through learning the fundamentals of boxing including proper stance, breathing, stretching, and work into a series of different punches and combinations.  We focus on cardio, as well as spend time to work the heavy bag, do pad work and spar.

Equipment needed:
  • Boxing gloves (16 oz bag gloves)
  • Towel
  • Yoga mat
  • Jumprope - 10 ft plastic
  • Water bottle
